Memory from a Loved One: 

Jake was part of the Hornets 116th AHC – Yellow Jackets. He was a chief door-gunner in a Huey.

After serving in Vietnam, he came back to Cape Girardeau, MO and served 32 years with the Cape Fire Dept.

In 2012, he was diagnosed with Myelodysplastic disorder, resulting from Agent Orange. He bravely and honorably lived three years with this disease, passing away 1-28-2015.

The Noland family misses our husband, father, and brother.

He was a lifetime member of VFW Post 3838.
